Product Name

The ABRITES AVDI VAG Immo III/IV Emulation–Special Function (VN005) enables replacement of immobilizer-related modules—such as ECUs and TCUs—even when the replacement’s PIN and component security cannot be read or when power class or brand differs.

Function Code: VN005 – Immo III/IV Emulation
Supported Units:
- TCUs: Audi A6 (2003–2010), Q7 (2005–2015), A8 (2003–2010)
- ECUs: Immo III/IV systems including EDC16/EDC17/ME7/MED9/MED17; Simos (benzin/PPD/PCR), Magneti Marelli, Delphi platforms
Capabilities: Emulates modules when PIN/CS cannot be read; allows replacement across mismatched brands or power classes using the EM003 emulator
Requirements:
- AVDI interface with active AMS subscription
- VN002 (Parts Adaptation) software license
- EM003 module emulator installed in the vehicle
- ZN052 cable set and ZN051 distribution box for proper operation

VN005 provides a groundbreaking solution for replacing modules that previously required original match or were incompatible due to power class or branding differences—ideal for complex immo system repairs.
