This original OEM product is a smart key for Toyota Tundra and Sequoia models. It features a 4-button layout with Lock, Unlock, Panic, and Tailgate controls. Operating at 315 MHz frequency, it includes a Texas ID H-8A chip and carries the OE part numbers 8990H-0C010, 8990H-0C011, 8990H-0C012 and FCC ID HYQ14FBX. This key requires a diagnostic key programmer for setup as it cannot be programmed via on-board procedures. It uses a CR2450 battery and does not include an emergency key; the emergency key is available as part number TIK-TOY-146. This key can be programmed only once and is not reusable without reset.
