As a business-to-business company, we have had to make the difficult decision to raise our free shipping threshold for residential deliveries to $200 or more. This change is directly attributable to the steadily increasing costs associated with delivering packages to homes and other non-commercial addresses. The logistics and infrastructure required for residential deliveries are simply more complex and expensive compared to commercial business deliveries.

While we know this change may be inconvenient for some of our customers who are shipping to residential addresses. It is a necessary step to ensure we can continue providing reliable, affordable shipping without absorbing unsustainable costs. Our goal is to maintain the highest level of service while remaining competitive, and adjusting our free shipping minimum is the best way to achieve that balance given the current realities of the residential delivery landscape.
